Step out of the daily grind for just 90 minutes a week. Learn to reduce stress, get centred, and experience a sense of peace and happiness.
Meditation helps to calm down the mind, improves your health and general wellbeing, recharges you physically, mentally, and emotionally. It gives you an opportunity to connect to your inner self.
Never meditated before?
Don’t let that stop you from trying. There is a first time for everything. All you have to do is come along, relax and enjoy.
The meditation night includes an ancient Ayurvedic meditation which awakens the energy centres of the body (Chakras) and improves your health and wellbeing.
We then do a Forgiveness Process called HoOponoOpono, followed by setting an intention for the Oneness Blessing.
Afterwards we set an intention and then receive the Oneness Blessing allowing us to connect to divine consciousness.
